There are excellent site contact details. There is a 24 hour sales
phone and an office hours online chat service. I loved the idea of providing
email addresses for the management team along with undressable caricatures.
Delivery and returns
policies are clear and well laid out on the site. There is a range of
options for speedy delivery for those that need it.
Billing and delivery is, of course, secure and discreet.
There is a lot of other useful information too, such as a size chart
specifying sizes like 'extra large' in terms of inches. I did notice that
metric measurements were missing from the table though.
Full marks to the marketing and IT departments at Sexshop365 but I do
rather think that their legal department should be given a talking to. There
is a very assertive copyright message saying that site images 'may not be
downloaded or displayed without prior written consent'. A great site, but
there is little point if they don't allow customers to see it :)
