The website is very swish with roll over menus prominently located on the traditional left hand side. The main selection is via category of toys, eg dildos, dongs, vibrators, sex dolls etc.

Having selected the category I was impressed by the easy to use menu that appears across the top of the screen. It lets you refine your selection via subcategory, manufacturer or price band.

Having refined the search, a page of about 20 options is presented with a small picture,  text and price. Selecting the product reveals about the most detailed description that I have yet seen.  Very good, maybe even too much detail.

And just to squeeze in a little extra new arrivals and special offers are neatly arranged down the right hand side of the screen.

I also liked the Latest News section used to detail new ideas or products.

The site supplies detailed policy information in all categories, eg delivery, returns policy, contact details. It is good to see that potentially rather dry pages are decorated with tables and pictures. It seems to make it more inviting to read than a block of text.

I personally like to see extensive contact details and TurnMeOn provides them all including a freephone customer service line.

I also like to see Royal Mail as a delivery option, it is simply more convenient to get hold of the package when one is inevitably out on the initial delivery. Returns are freepost which helps to make things easy. Delivery is free on orders over £30

Billing and packaging is of course very discreet and there are even pictures to demonstrate this. There is also online order tracking so you now where you are on the delivery schedule.
